How long does it take to build a BrandB website?
Most projects run six to ten weeks from kickoff to launch. The variables are the number of pages, how much content needs writing or photographing, and how quickly feedback comes back. We agree the full timeline before any work starts.
What is GEO, and how is it different from SEO?
SEO optimises for search engines that return a list of links. GEO — generative engine optimisation — optimises for AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity, which return a synthesised answer and cite their sources. Both reward the same foundation: fast, server-rendered pages with semantic HTML, a clear heading structure, and facts stated plainly enough to be quoted.
What does "AI-ready content structure" actually mean?
It means a page states its facts in server-rendered HTML rather than assembling them with JavaScript, uses a correct heading hierarchy, and carries structured data describing what the page is about. Most AI crawlers do not execute JavaScript, so anything that only appears after a script runs is invisible to them.
Can you improve my existing website instead of rebuilding it?
Often, yes. We start with a technical audit covering Core Web Vitals, crawlability, structured data and security. Sometimes the fix is a set of targeted changes; sometimes the underlying platform is the constraint. We tell you which, with reasons, before you commit to anything.
Do I have to move my hosting to work with BrandB?
Not necessarily, but where and how a site is served largely determines its speed and security. We build on Cloudflare’s edge network by default. If you have a hosting arrangement you need to keep, we will be straight with you about what it costs in performance and what is still achievable.
How do you measure whether a website is performing?
Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP and CLS) for speed and stability, indexed pages and search impressions for visibility, and conversions for business impact. We record the baseline before launch, so the change afterwards is measurable rather than assumed.
